Praveena Rajeswaran is an experienced clinical psychologist with a wide range of clinical and leadership experience across government and non-government agencies. She is passionate about training and development within the psychology profession, and has developed a unique way of incorporating evidence-based psychological practice, including cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, family systems approaches and other trauma-informed therapies, all within an attachment-based lens. Drawing on her range of experience and knowledge, Praveena offers supervision that is engaging, supervisee-directed and geared to enhance self-reflection, self-awareness and the development of skills and knowledge. She provides supervision to practitioners who work in child and adolescent mental health, adult mental health, private practice, family services, and inpatient/outpatient hospital settings. Praveena tailors supervision to meet the specific needs of the supervisee. She offers supervision face-to-face or via Zoom.
