General Notes

We work hard to make sure that every person gets the exact service they need with the right psychologist; following your booking, Admin Team will be in touch within 1 business day to ensure it is the right fit. Please note that if Admin Team is unable to get in touch with you, your appointment may be rescheduled or you may be booked with a different psychologist depending on your needs/reason for booking an appointment. 

 

EAP Appointments 

If you are looking to book an appointment with us under your workplace EAP scheme and The Mind Body Practice is the EAP provider for your workplace, please contact the practice directly via phone (8091 7867) or email (admin@mindbodypratice.com.au).

Payments 

Please note that the standard consultation fee for a Provisional Psychologist is $90, Psychologist is $215 and for a Clinical Psychologist is $260. In addition to the standard fee, a one-off $20 initial assessment fee is applicable to the first appointment only, and a $10 after-hours fee is applicable to all Saturday appointments as well as all weekday appointments from 4PM onwards.

The Mind Body Practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy which applies to all appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please call us on 80917867 or email us at admin@mindbodypractice.com.au with at least 24 hours’ notice (and by Friday if your appointment is on a Monday) otherwise the full session fee will be charged. Medicare rebates are processed after your session is completed and are not applicable to appointments where a cancellation fee was charged.
