Provisional Psychologist

Sophie White

B. Psych (Hons), Master of Clinical Psychology (current)

About

I am a Provisional Psychologist, currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. I have experience working with children and adults with a range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, and personality disorders. My experience has been within a university clinic setting, and a public hospital inpatient setting.

I practice predominantly within a CBT framework, and I endeavour to provide a space where my clients feel heard and understood. It is important to me to work collaboratively with my clients, to ensure treatment is tailored to each person and their unique needs.
