Sophie White
Associate Clinical Psychology Registrar
B. Psych (Hons), Master of Clinical Psychology
About
I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University, working under the supervision of an endorsed clinical psychologist. I have experience supporting children and adults with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, and personality-related difficulties, across university clinic and public hospital inpatient settings.
I work predominantly within a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework and also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build psychological flexibility and move toward what matters most to them. I endeavour to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood, and I believe that meaningful progress comes from working collaboratively — ensuring treatment is tailored to you and your unique needs.
If you are looking for support with anxiety, mood difficulties, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
