About

I am a Provisional Psychologist working under the supervision of an experienced clinical psychologist. I am currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University (WSU). I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults with a range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, bipolar disorders, ADHD, conduct disorders, personality disorders and psychotic disorders. My experience has been within a university clinic setting and a public community mental health setting.

During my practice, I have gained experience in working closely with children with neurodiversity and their families in both psychometric and therapeutic settings. Additionally, I have worked closely with adults with complex mental health presentations within the community, providing person-centred and evidenced-based support. This background has allowed me to build flexibility, compassion and patience in helping clients navigate difficult experiences and achieve their goals.

I practice predominantly within a CBT framework with additional experience in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help clients build resilience, manage emotions and improve relationships. I aim to provide a safe, validating and collaborative space for my clients to work towards their goals to empower meaningful change.
