About

I take an integrative, client-centred approach to therapy, with a strong focus on authenticity, compassion, and building a meaningful therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, as well as parents and families, presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, personality difficulties, psychosis, and substance use. I have a particular interest in attachment- and trauma-informed practice.

I have experience delivering individual and group therapy across a range of private and public settings. I also have experience conducting psychological and psychometric assessments to support understanding of clients’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning.

My work draws on a range of evidence-based, eclectic therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor therapy to each individual. I value reflective practice and ongoing learning, and I enjoy deepening my understanding of people’s lived experiences through collaborative therapeutic work.
