About

I am a psychologist who works with children, parents, adolescents and adults. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you will feel heard, accepted, and understood as we work together to navigate life's challenges. I hold my clients at the centre of therapy and weave a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are at in your unique journey. I have experience providing tailored therapeutic interventions and conducting psychometric assessments to gain a deeper understanding of cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning.
