About

My goal as a Clinical Psychology Registrar is to provide a warm, welcoming space so clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. I prioritise building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting clients in their growth and healing.

My therapeutic style is empathetic, authentic and client-centred. I utilise a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based (Circle of Security) and play-based interventions adapted for children and families. I have worked with children, families, adolescents and adults presenting with neurodiversity, emotional dysregulation, behavioural differences, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders.

I have experience across diverse settings, including hospital inpatient and outpatient services delivering group therapy, as well as a university clinic and private practice providing individual therapy. Additionally, I have experience in conducting cognitive and psychometric assessments for individuals with learning difficulties and neurodevelopment disorders. I am particularly interested in working with children, young adults, families and CALD individuals to help them identify their individual strengths, build resilience, and navigate childhood and life adversities.
