About

I am a warm and friendly Clinical Psychology Registrar who is deeply passionate about helping clients build skills to live connected and meaningful lives. I employ and tailor evidence-based treatments to suit your personal requirements. I have worked across public hospital, private practice, as well as university research clinics, and have experience working with individuals of all ages with mild to severe mental health concerns.

I am also trained and experienced in conducting comprehensive psychometric and diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults to investigate and provide support for specific challenges and concerns, as well as explore whether diagnoses such as ADHD, Giftedness, Learning, and Intellectual difficulties exist.

In my practice, I take a client-centred and research-backed approach that incorporates compassion and patience; I promise to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. I offer a space of safety, acceptance, and understanding to help clients work through concerns from everyday stress to complex trauma.

Although seeking therapy may be daunting, it is a significant step towards personal growth, healing, and empowerment. My goal is to guide and work alongside your therapeutic journey to personal improvement and psychological wellbeing.
