About
I am a Provisional Psychologist in the final stages of my Master of Clinical Psychology degree, working under the supervision of an experienced clinical psychologist. I am passionate about providing a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach, grounded in evidence-based practice.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across community, forensic, and clinical settings, supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including impulsivity, violence, criminal conduct, substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and emotional dysregulation. My experience also includes conducting psychometric assessments and providing diagnoses for neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as cognitive, behavioural, and functional assessments.
I have practised predominantly within the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. Above all, I aim to create a safe and respectful environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.
