About
I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar who values creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. I aim to bring empathy, curiosity, and authenticity into the therapy room, while grounding my work in evidence-based practice. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel supported and empowered.
I have experience working across public health, not-for-profit, and private practice settings. I provide individual therapy and conduct psychometric assessments across the lifespan. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing disordered eating, mood and anxiety difficulties, and emotion regulation challenges.
In therapy, I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique goals, strengths, and background. Whether you are working through a specific concern or looking for broader support, I aim to help you move toward a more meaningful, balanced, and enriched life.
