About
I’m a provisional psychologist in my final year of a Master of Clinical Psychology. I work under the supervision of an experienced clinical psychologist and am committed to providing a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy.
My clinical experience includes working with adults and young people in a university clinic setting, where I’ve supported clients with concerns including anxiety, neurodiversity, relationship trauma, and emotion regulation difficulties. I also have experience conducting cognitive and educational assessments, including ADHD and specific learning disorder assessments, to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and tailor my approach to suit each client’s unique needs, goals, and values. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.
