Kash Bazil
Provisional Psychologist

About
I am a Provisional Psychologist, working under the supervision of an experienced clinical psychologist. I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, supporting clients through anxiety, stress, trauma, and life adjustment difficulties. Drawing on my experience at Lifeline Australia, I have supported individuals facing suicidal thoughts, relationship breakdowns, grief, and emotional distress. This background has strengthened my ability to hold space for distress while guiding clients toward clarity, stability, and self-compassion. I approach my work with empathy, groundedness, and calm, helping clients feel supported as they move through difficult experiences.
I also integrate my background as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator into my clinical practice, incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breath-based techniques to enhance emotional regulation, resilience, and mind-body connection.
My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to each client’s developmental needs, goals, and values. My aim is to help clients build emotional resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful change — both individually and within their relationships.
