About
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in working with adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and addiction. I am passionate about tailoring treatment to the individual, and working collaboratively to help people meet their treatment goals.
My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. I am innately validating, and where required, also gently encouraging of change.
