About
As therapy can be a vulnerable but rewarding experience, I bring warmth and curiosity to create a safe space to explore your experiences. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working at your pace to find strategies to manage your thoughts and behaviours and to help you achieve your goals. I am also trained in conducting psychometric assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. This includes assessments of cognitive ability and learning difficulties.
