About
I am a Registered Psychologist interested in working with children, adolescents and adults, experiencing eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I endeavour to tailor treatment to the individual but also work collaboratively with their network to help individuals meet their treatment goals.
Within my therapeutic approach, I utilise evidence-based therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders (FBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to connect with clients in an engaging but unorthodox manner to maximise rapport and enhance treatment goals. I value a client centred approach within my sessions in order to create the most effective treatment for clients.
