About
I am a passionate and friendly Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is focused on helping people reset their relationship with food. Using a down to earth style, I work collaboratively with clients to provide the best standard of care and help people reclaim a positive relationship with food and their bodies. I have found a particular passion for working with clients with eating disorders and have extensive training in this area. Along with private practice experience assisting people with a range of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and other specified feeding and eating disorder.
I use the ‘non-diet’ approach with clients and have experience working with a diverse clientele so am able to adapt my approach to suit the individual. I strive to deliver positive, client-focused and compassionate care that not only improves relationships with food, but overall quality of life.
