With developments in technology and the impact of the pandemic, there has been a shift towards increased remote working. The advantage has been less time in commuting and improved work/life balance. However, the downside has been less connections with colleagues in the workplace. To help create a space dedicated for engaging with peers whilst focusing on wellbeing, we have created Corporate Connection Hubs.
Our Hubs are custom-built to suit the needs of your workforce to allow your staff to learn, connect and grow. We find that the Hubs are particularly suitable to bring staff across different functions and departments together to build networks, relationships and supports. The aim is to build a sense of camaraderie with a focus on improving wellbeing and functioning.
