About
I am committed to supporting your well-being by creating a non-judgemental, warm space where you can share your goals openly, and work towards them at your own pace. Recognising that everyone brings their own unique experiences, I take a flexible, evidence-based approach, that aims to highlight your strengths and emphasise collaboration throughout the treatment process.
I have experience working with diverse populations across various settings, including university clinics, primary schools, outpatient cancer care, perinatal mental health, and acute inpatient psychiatry teams. I also have experience in conducting cognitive assessments for neurodevelopmental queries. I consider it a privilege to be able to support you in this space and always strive to bring open-mindedness, empathy, and compassion to each interaction.
