About
I am a Provisional Psychologist currently completing a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the Australian Catholic University. I am deeply passionate about helping clients build skills to live healthy and meaningful lives. As every individual has different experiences and needs, I employ evidence-based treatments tailored to align with your personal requirements. I am trained in CBT, DBT and ACT, and have experience working with individuals of all ages with mild to severe mental health concerns.
In my practice, I take a client-centred and research-backed approach that incorporates compassion and patience; I promise to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. I offer a space of safety, acceptance, and understanding to help clients work through concerns from everyday stress to complex trauma.
Although seeking therapy may be daunting, it is a significant step towards personal growth, healing, and empowerment. My goal is to guide and work alongside your therapeutic journey to personal improvement and psychological wellbeing.
