About
I’m a registered Psychologist with a passion for working and understanding eating disorders, as well as other mental health concerns. I have spent most of my professional career working with young people experiencing mild to severe mental health concerns and strive to work as collaboratively as possible with people and their networks.
I provide a range of therapeutic approaches including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders (FBT), as well as utilising elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and brief short-term interventions.
I highly value a client centred approach, focussing sessions around understanding each unique client and creating the most effective treatment plan in a compassionate and collaborative environment.
